ArtsWA | Washington State Arts Commission

The Clark Hulings Fund

The Clark Hulings Fund offers business and financial assistance to help visual artists become as skilled at managing their businesses as they are at creating their artwork. The Fund provides professional working artists with individual career development grants of up to $5,000, business training, tools, and community support. POBA and Hulings will collaborate to assist working artists in creating and managing their collections.

Paddle8

Paddle8 is the auction house for the 21st-century collector, streamlining the collecting experience, offering authenticated inventory through curated online auctions, including non-profit organizations such as POBA. Founded in 2011 by Alexander Gilkes, an auctioneer, and Aditya Julka, a Harvard Business School MBA and serial entrepreneur, Paddle8 has teams in New York, L.A., and London.
